TERMS OF SERVICE
To confirm, a 50% deposit is charged. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel via email () by 6:00pm at least three days before arrival. Once the cancellation window has passed, we'll charge the balance of your booking (along with any applicable pet fee) on that date. Cancellation requests must be made by email. (If your arrival is within three days, we'll process payment now for your entire stay.) Please be aware there are no refunds within three days of arrival or for shortened stays. Thank you!
--Pets allowed with fee: declared pets $15.00 fee per night per pet for up to 2 pets (Max $50 per week per declared pet); undeclared pets $25.00 per pet per night. Pet Fees are NOT included in the room total. Guests are advised not to leave pets in rooms unattended. Guest assumes responsibility for the costs of any damages and/or disturbances to other guests.
--Check-in time 4:00pm. Check-out time 11:00am.
--Housekeeping by request. Let us know what you need during your stay.
--All rooms are limited to two people except the Cascade Room (three people), the Miners’ Cabin (four people), and Box Canyon Suite (four people). Listed room rates are for up to two people. There is an additional charge of $10 per night per person for additional guests in the Cascade Room, Miners' Cabin, and Box Canyon Suite. There is no capacity to add extra bedding in any room.
--No cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking permitted inside rooms. Cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking allowed outside only. Cigarette, cigar, or pipe odor and/or residue inside any room will result in a $150 cleaning fee charged to credit card on file.
--Pot smoking ok outside, or inside rooms with use of a “smoke buddy” or similar air filter approved by Inn. Bring your own or purchase/borrow one from us!
--Cost of repairs, deep cleaning as a result of stains, or replacement of missing items will be charged to credit card on file.
