  • A 50% deposit is charged to hold your room.  Deposit refundable with 3-day cancellation notice.

  • Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am.

  • No elevators!  Please note if your room choice is first or second floor.

  • Pet fee $25 per pet first night, $10 per pet per night thereafter for declared pets.  Max $60/week per pet declared by check-in.  Limit 2 pets.  $150 per pet for undeclared pets.  No fees for service animals but they must be declared.

  • If booking three or more rooms, please contact the inn directly by phone or email.

       Membership Discounts:

  • Discount Code AARP:  5% for AARP members.

  • Discount Code AAA:  5% for AAA members.

  • Discount Code GOV:  5% for Gov’t employees and military.

  • Discount Code ICY: 10% for Ouray Ice Park members.
